Register online before your first visit to save time at check-in.
Filling out forms online before your appointment saves 15 to 20 minutes at check-in — and gives us time to review your history before you sit in the chair.
What you’ll need
About 10 minutes. Your insurance card if you have one. A list of any medications you take. Any relevant medical history (heart conditions, diabetes, blood thinners, etc.).
How to register
Call us at 540-489-8191 and we’ll send you the registration link by email or text. Once our online booking system is fully wired, you’ll be able to register and book in one flow.
