During your initial visit, our experienced dentist will conduct a comprehensive examination and review your treatment options. We understand the importance of your time, and in most cases, treatment can be initiated on the same day as your consultation. However, in certain complex cases, a second appointment may be necessary for a more thorough evaluation and to provide the best possible treatment plan.

To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment, we kindly request that you bring the following information with you:

• Any previous dental x-rays, if applicable.

• A list of all medications you are currently taking.

• If you have dental insurance, please bring your completed insurance forms. This will help us process your claims quickly.

 

Please note, all patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

If you have any medical conditions that may affect your dental treatment (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves, etc.), or if you are currently taking any medication (such as heart medication, aspirin, anticoagulants, etc.), please inform our office beforehand.

X-Rays

 

We request that you ask your previous dentist or physician to send over any x-rays they may have taken. If this is not possible, please pick up the x-rays and bring them to our office. If additional x-rays are needed, we have the facilities to take them on-site.
